【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardistobeusedtogetherwithPart1andPart2andassuchtheyspecifygeneralconditions,requirementsandmethodstopreventmechanicalhazardsofcranesbydesignandtheoreticalverification.NOTESpecificrequirementsforparticulartypesofcranearegivenintheappropriateEuropeanStandardfortheparticularcranetype.Thefollowingisalistofsignificanthazardoussituationsandhazardouseventsthatcouldresultinriskstopersonsduringnormaluseandforeseeablemisuse.Clauses4to8ofthisstandardarenecessarytoreduceoreliminatetherisksassociatedwiththefollowinghazards:a)Exceedingthelimitsofstrength(yield,ultimate,fatigue);b)Exceedingtemperaturelimitsofmaterialorcomponents;c)Elasticinstabilityofthecraneoritsparts(buckling,bulging).ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletocraneswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalbyCENofthisstandardandservesasreferencebasefortheEuropeanStandardsforparticularcranetypes.NOTECEN/TS13001-3.1dealsonlywithlimitstatemethodaccordingtoEN13001-1.Asanalternativetothehereinpresentedlimitstatemethodusingpartialsafetyfactors,theallowablestressmethodusingaglobalsafetyfactoraccordingtoPart1andPart2mayalsobeappliedforspecialcranesystemswithlinearbehaviour.Ascranestructuresarebasicallydynamicallyloadedonlythelineartheoryofelasticityisapplicableandonlylimitedlocalplasticityisallowed.Theuseofthetheoryofplasticityforcalculationofultimateloadbearingcapacityisnotallowed.

【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversalaboratoryprocedureforthedeterminationofthewoolbasecontentandthecleanwoolfiberpresentinsamplesofrawwool.Thistestmethodisalsoapplicabletootheranimalfiberssuchasmohair,cashmere,alpaca,andcamelhair.Note1SamplingoflotsofrawwoolinpackagesiscoveredinPracticeD1060;thedeterminationofvegetablematterandotheralkali-insolubleimpuritiesinscouredwooliscoveredinTestMethodD1113;thedeterminationofwoolcontentonacommercialscaleiscoveredinTestMethodD1334.Forfactorsfortheconversionofwoolbasecontenttoitsequivalentintermsofscouredwool,top,ornoilofvariouscommerciallyspecifiedcompositions(formerlycoveredintheappendixofthistestmethod),refertoPracticeD2720.Note2Becauseofthetradepracticethetermweightisusedinthistestmethodinsteadofthetechnicallycorrecttermmass.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
