【摘要】:ThispartofISO21549establishesacommonframeworkforthecontentandthestructureofcommonobjectsusedtoconstructorreferencedbyotherdata-objectdataheldonpatienthealthcaredatacards.ItisapplicabletosituationsinwhichsuchdataarerecordedonortransportedbypatienthealthcardswhosephysicaldimensionsarecompliantwiththoseofID-1cardsasdefinedbyISO/IEC7810.ThispartofISO21549specifiesthebasicstructureofthedata,butdoesnotspecifyormandateparticulardata-setsforstorageondevices.ThedetailedfunctionsandmechanismsofthefollowingservicesarenotwithinthescopeofthispartofISO21549(althoughitsstructurescanaccommodatesuitabledataobjectsspecifiedelsewhere):—theencodingoffreetextdata;—securityfunctionsandrelatedserviceswhicharelikelytobespecifiedbyusersfordatacards,dependingontheirspecificapplication,forexampleconfidentialityprotection,dataintegrityprotection,andauthenticationofpersonsanddevicesrelatedtothesefunctions;—accesscontrolserviceswhichmaydependonactiveuseofsomedatacardclassessuchasmicroprocessorcards;—theinitializationandissuingprocess(whichbeginstheoperatinglifetimeofanindividualdatacard,andbywhichthedatacardispreparedforthedatatobesubsequentlycommunicatedtoitinaccordancewiththispartofISO21549).ThefollowingtopicsarethereforebeyondthescopeofthispartofISO21549:—physicalorlogicalsolutionsforthepracticalfunctioningofparticulartypesofdatacard;—howthemessageisprocessedfurther"downstream"oftheinterfacebetweentwosystems;—theformwhichdatatakeforuseoutsidethedatacard,orthewayinwhichsuchdataarevisiblyrepresentedonthedatacardorelsewhere.
